Vision
Empowered people. Resilient communities. Sustainable prosperity.
Mission
To sustainably improve social, economic and environmental well-being by building capacities, climate-smart livelihoods, skills, digital transformation and inclusive development.
Eight goals, one integrated household
Poverty, climate change, poor health and a lack of digital skills are interconnected. We work across all eight areas at once, not one at a time.
Environment & Climate Resilience
Protecting and restoring ecosystems while strengthening community resilience.
Climate-Smart Agriculture & Food Security
Sustainable farming, livestock and nutrition that raise household incomes.
Community Economic Empowerment
Livelihoods, entrepreneurship and income-generating opportunities.
Women, Children & Gender Equality
Rights, protection, participation and equality between women and men.
Youth Skills, Technology & Entrepreneurship
Vocational, digital and entrepreneurial skills that open access to jobs.
Digital Transformation & Innovation
Digital literacy and innovation as tools for inclusive development.
Health, Nutrition, WASH & Household Well-being
Good health, nutrition, water, sanitation and hygiene for every household.
Peaceful & Resilient Households
Preventing domestic conflict and strengthening healthy relationships.
Development cannot be imported. It has to be grown.
Holistic and integrated
We address a household's whole ecosystem — not one problem in isolation.
Inclusivity first
Women, youth, children and low-income households are at the centre of every design.
Strict accountability
An independent Audit Organ safeguards every resource entrusted to us.
From co-creation to local leadership
1.Community-led co-creation
We map needs with local communities so interventions are locally owned.
2.Demonstration & experiential learning
Hands-on centres — demonstration plots and digital hubs — where people learn by doing.
3.Local leadership & capacity building
We train community champions who sustain results after our direct role ends.
4.Strategic partnerships
We work with government, civil society, the private sector and donors.
Four organs, one line of accountability
